The competition, organized by the Kozminski University Development Foundation, the Kozminski Family Foundation, and ZPUE S.A., was addressed to the scholarship recipients of both foundations.
The participants’ task was to develop a strategy for ZPUE’s growth in the coming years and to analyze the potential of foreign markets in the energy sector. The participants prepared comprehensive submissions consisting of an essay, a PowerPoint presentation, and a short video outlining the genesis of their concept.

On June 12th, 2025, our winners had the unique opportunity to present their work directly to the Management Board of ZPUE S.A.
The program included a tour of the ZPUE S.A. production facilities in Włoszczowa, the presentation of the projects to the company’s Management Board during a strategic meeting in Chlewiska, and a formal award ceremony hosted by Mr. Michał Wypychewicz, President of the Management Board of ZPUE, and Ms. Marta Szewczyk-Wypychewicz. The event concluded with a dinner and networking session.
We would like to thank all participants for their commitment and ZPUE S.A. for its openness to the ideas of the younger generation.
This is an excellent example of how theory can meet business practice.
