Kozminski Executive Business School Dean
Dean of Kozminski Executive Business School, in charge of postgraduate and MBA programmes. Involved with KU since 2000. Her many years of experience in designing study programmes enable her to work with business and respond to the individual needs of different companies. She also lends her experience to support other talent-oriented initiatives — both as a member of the Programme and Scientific Council of the LifeSkills High School, the Program Council of the LiderShe Academy of Women’s Leadership postgraduate programme, Member of the Supervisory Board of Międzynarodowa Szkoła Zarządzania, and Member of the Chapter of the “Kozminski Lions” award. She has been an international accreditor of MBA programmes as part of the Association of MBAs (AMBA, London) for over ten years.
Deputy Director of Development Office
Involved with Kozminski University for 7 years. She gained experience working both in the marketing team and at the Kozminski Foundation where — as a member of the Foundation Board — she pursued the mission of supporting the best and most enterprising students. She was in charge of not only running scholarship and grant programmes, but also of executing the marketing and communications strategy of these programmes.
Currently, as Deputy Director of the Development Office, she’s responsible for the implementation of the fundraising strategy, collaborations undertaken through corporate partnerships, and relationships with major benefactors. She’s a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and of Kozminski University.
Project and Corporate Client Coordinator
Involved with education for most of her professional life — sourcing and managing training projects. From 2020 to 2023, she worked as an education advisor for postgraduate and MBA studies, courses, and training programmes at Kozminski Executive Business School. As of 2023, she’s been working as a Project and Corporate Client Coordinator at the KU Development Office. Graduate of Warsaw University of Life Sciences and of Kozminski University.
Project and Corporate Client Coordinator
An experienced communications and marketing professional. Her professional experience to date includes comprehensive support and co-branding of clients and running image campaigns.
At the foundation, she is responsible for relations with key partners and coordinating philanthropic projects.
She is a graduate of the School of Promotion and Kozminski University. Art lover, Member of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and TP of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw.
Junior Specialist for Philanthropic Projects
At the Development Foundation, Zachariasz is responsible for coordinating the scholarship program for participants of the Global Network for Advanced Management program and for creating social media content related to the Foundation.
He leads initiatives aimed at promoting the concept of endowment capital among students and alumni and actively supports the Kozminski Philanthropy Club.
He has experience in designing development programs and managing mentoring projects.
A graduate of Kozminski University and Emlyon Business School with a specialization in Strategic Management.
An avid runner, cooking enthusiast, and nature lover.
