Paweł Wnuczak, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Finance at Kozminski University.
His research interests encompass profitability assessment, business valuation, and controlling systems. He has published numerous articles on corporate finance and valuation. Additionally, he has been appointed as the content manager of the postgraduate programs “Financial Analyst of Markets and Securities” and “Financial Analyst of Credit Risk” at Kozminski University.
Paweł Wnuczak has delivered lectures on a wide range of subjects, including mathematical finance, finance, corporate finance management, financial analysis, financial planning, controlling, value management and corporate valuation, capital structure and cost, international finance, and derivative markets. He has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and MBA levels at Kozminski University and ESSCA School of Management, Warsaw University.
He has also conducted training sessions on developing documentation for applications for EU funds, including feasibility studies, business plans, and grant applications. His expertise extends to corporate finance management, budgeting, controlling, valuation, company value management, financial analysis, and the evaluation of investment project profitability.
Paweł Wnuczak has participated in numerous consulting projects, including company valuations, financial analyses, the implementation of controlling systems, and the preparation of feasibility studies. He has been involved in over 100 consulting projects. Furthermore, he serves as a member of a supervisory board.
