Her influence extends beyond Kozminski University. She is a member of the Association of MBAs (AMBA), contributing to the accreditation and global recognition of top-tier business schools worldwide. Additionally, she serves on the Supervisory Board of the International School of Management and ERBUD SA.

Serves on supervisory boards in financial sector institutions. Fulbright Scholar. Head of the Department of Accounting and Corporate Governance at Kozminski University. Has worked as a visiting professor at numerous universities in the U.S. and Europe. Coordinator of multiple national and international research projects on corporate governance, financial and non-financial reporting. Recipient of numerous academic awards and distinctions. Author of numerous publications in the fields of accounting, finance, intellectual capital management, corporate governance, and social responsibility.

Lecturer with many years of experience, conducts classes at graduate, post-graduate (including MBA) and doctoral studies, he is also a visiting professor at several European universities. He has completed several research internships in foreign institutions, including Stanford University in the USA, Columbia University in the USA, Harvard University in the USA, OECD in Paris and Brighton University.
An expert in the field of economics, economy and public finances. Author of studies and expert opinions in the field of macroeconomics and public finance prepared for the Ministry of Finance, Chancellery of the Prime Minister, National Bank of Poland and commercial companies. In 2002-2003 he served as an advisor to the Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Finance, and was a member of the team responsible for structural reforms within the public finance system.
Author of publications in the field of macroeconomics, economic policy and public finance.
Paweł Wnuczak, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Finance at Kozminski University.
His research interests encompass profitability assessment, business valuation, and controlling systems. He has published numerous articles on corporate finance and valuation. Additionally, he has been appointed as the content manager of the postgraduate programs “Financial Analyst of Markets and Securities” and “Financial Analyst of Credit Risk” at Kozminski University.
Paweł Wnuczak has delivered lectures on a wide range of subjects, including mathematical finance, finance, corporate finance management, financial analysis, financial planning, controlling, value management and corporate valuation, capital structure and cost, international finance, and derivative markets. He has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and MBA levels at Kozminski University and ESSCA School of Management, Warsaw University.
He has also conducted training sessions on developing documentation for applications for EU funds, including feasibility studies, business plans, and grant applications. His expertise extends to corporate finance management, budgeting, controlling, valuation, company value management, financial analysis, and the evaluation of investment project profitability.
Paweł Wnuczak has participated in numerous consulting projects, including company valuations, financial analyses, the implementation of controlling systems, and the preparation of feasibility studies. He has been involved in over 100 consulting projects. Furthermore, he serves as a member of a supervisory board.
