Kozminski University Development Foundation and Kozminski University have invited students to the GNAM Scholarship Program.
The scholarship is dedicated to students who will take part in the Global Network Week 2025 to be held 10 – 14 March 2025
The Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), a consortium of the world leading business schools has extended its offer to the Central – Eastern Europe by inviting Kozminski University to become its 32nd member university. The idea behind the consortium is to stimulate innovations and to create added value within the network of the leading universities. Kozminski University, the institution representing Central-Eastern Europe in the consortium, shows both the expansion of GNAM and the KU involvement in sustainable development and seeking new solutions.
The Global Network for Advanced Management unites the best world business schools. The consortium takes advantage of new technologies and strengthens relations. Therefore it exerts transformation in education, especially in the field of management. Global Network Weeks are an example of this influence where both students and university teachers are given unique opportunities to enhance their educational development in member campuses by attending courses, visiting local businesses and meeting international experts. The consortium, founded by Yale School of Management, is made up of the leading business universities from around the world, inclusive of renowned European representatives such as ESMT Berlin, HEC Paris, IE Business School and SDA Bocconi School of Management.
The GNAM scholarship program is a part of the KU collaboration as a member university of the GLOBAL NETWORK FOR ADVANCED MANAGENMENT – the consortium of the world leading business universities. The aim of the Foundation is to draw benefits from the know-how of the institutions, GNAM members with regard to their endowment funds or other types of raised developmental capital, where KU students participate in the GNAM program and where we find out about their philanthropy and good practice in attracting and building relations with benefactors as well as honoring them.
Congratulations! You are ambassadors of the Foundation, the idea of an endowment fund, and a modern approach to the development of higher education. And this is just the beginning! Together, we are building a community that connects global knowledge with responsible development in Poland!
My name is Karmina Dudzińska. I am in the final year of the Master’s in Management program, taught in English, with a specialization in Business Strategy. I am currently completing my studies at Católica University in Lisbon through the Erasmus program. For a year, I was active in the Students of Kozminski scientific club, where I organized events and meetings with inspiring figures from the business world. I have over four years of professional experience and currently work at an AI company, where I am responsible for business development, partnership acquisition, and sales. I am fascinated by the application of AI in process optimization. Personally, I am passionate about travel, sports (pilates, yoga, surfing, kitesurfing), and fashion. In the future, I would like to combine my interest in technology and strategy with the fashion industry. I live by the motto: “We have the life we dare to live.”
My name is Malwina, and in a few weeks, I will be defending my master’s thesis in the English-taught Management program at Kozminski University. My research focuses on the challenges of managing international teams — a topic close to my heart due to years of experience working in a global environment, including as cabin crew supervisor at Emirates. Currently, I work at a private aviation company where I improve administrative and operational processes in the office. My goal is to implement solutions that boost efficiency and foster teamwork. Kozminski University has truly supported my development — providing me with knowledge, tools, and inspiration to keep moving forward. Being selected as a scholarship recipient by the Kozminski University Foundation is a great honor and a sign that my chosen path — modern, responsible, and intercultural management — is recognized and appreciated. I feel deep gratitude and motivation to continue on this path.
I am truly grateful for the scholarship I received, which represents important support for my ongoing development. With a global mindset, I aspire to an international career in entrepreneurship and management, leveraging my communication skills, language abilities, and openness to people and new experiences.
I am ambitious and have professional experience in sales and marketing, which gives me a solid foundation for future career plans.
Sports have played a major role in my life — I was involved in them professionally for years, and today they remain a passion and a way to maintain balance.
Hi, I’m Oliwia, and I come from Warsaw.
I study Management, and this is already my fourth year at Kozminski University, although I spent one of them on an international exchange in Malta. It was undoubtedly the best year of my life and the fulfillment of a small dream 🙂
Erasmus taught me independence, openness, and gave me a huge dose of inspiration.
Daily, I run a premium venue — the Private Pool in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. I trained professionally in swimming for 8 years and I am still closely connected to the water world.
I consciously chose Kozminski University — I couldn’t imagine studying anywhere else because it’s here that I met my best friends and gained knowledge that’s incredibly helpful in my work.
What I value most is that despite being a full-time student, the university supports my ability to combine studies with professional life. That gives me motivation and a sense that I’m on the right path.
I combine the world of sports and business as the organizer of the prestigious youth football tournament PROGRESS CUP. While studying at Kozminski University, I had the opportunity to go to China as part of The Global Network for Advanced Management program and was selected to the prestigious Top Young group — an initiative for those developing in management, innovation, marketing, and supply chain fields.
I also actively engage in startup projects in the sports environment.
Global Network Weeks give students and lecturers the opportunity to undertake and enhance studying at a partner university, within the field of the course studied, where they draw benefits from the perspectives, programs and knowledge lectured by that partner university teachers. Together and at the same time, students of the same course and coming from different member universities participate in classes, visit local businesses and meet experts who deal with current business problems.
