On June 9th, we had the honor of participating in an event organized by the Youth Council of Ostrowiec at the II Joachim Chreptowicz High School. The aim of the meeting was to give students an insight into the realities of studying in Poland and to show how many opportunities come with consciously planning one’s educational and professional path.
Angela Mozal, a law student at Kozminski University from Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, a scholarship recipient of Panattoni, the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation, and the Kozminski University Development Foundation, shared her experience of studying in Warsaw. She spoke about how the scholarship opened new doors for her and enabled both personal and academic development.
The discussion panel “Scholarships of the Future – How Private Business Supports the Development of Young Talent” was one of the highlights of the event.
The panel featured:
Zuzanna Misiaczyk, responsible for scholarship programs at the Development Foundation,
Marta Szewczyk-Wypychewicz, HR Director at Koronea Family Office – the sponsor of scholarships awarded to future Kozminski University students.

During the panel, the speakers discussed the role of business in building modern, effective scholarship programs that help identify and support exceptional talent at the very beginning of their academic journey.
The speakers emphasized that scholarships are much more than financial support – they are an investment in the potential, motivation, and development of the younger generation. They also highlighted the importance of passion, initiative, and engagement in local and global issues over purely academic achievements.
As Marta Szewczyk-Wypychewicz summarized:
“We are looking for talented and enterprising people who want to act, who are interested in what is happening locally and globally. People who want to learn – because developing skills and deepening knowledge is the key to success.”
The panel was a valuable space for exchanging experiences and inspiration – showing how responsible business can truly impact the development of education and the careers of young people.
