Drawing on the examples of some world-recognized universities, we have established the Foundation for the Development of Kozminski University. The main role of the Foundation is to manage the first in Poland endowment fund in the academic environment.
The gains we are going to obtain from the fund will facilitate further development of the University and allow for successful completion of the projects related to the areas of the University strategic development.
The Foundation, in order to accomplish its mission, needs to attract benefactors, manage the Endowment Fund raised from the donations, and ultimately, support KU in its further development.
To finance the scholarship programs: to assure access to business education for talented people from around the world as a result of broad-based scholarship programs. More about scholarship programs.
To finance the development of the academicians and to pursue the academic and managerial excellence: to establish the position of the first-choice university for outstanding scholars. The-endowment-fund-generated funds will be assigned to, men and women of science, researchers, and collaborators with hands-on business experience. To finance innovative research and academic projects: to establish the European hub of innovative trends and concepts, a place of enhanced analysis aiming at the formation of socially responsible business of the future; to engage outstanding Polish and foreign scholars in the self-initiated academic research independently of the public grants and grant competitions; More about research financing.

The Foundations acts in compliance with the principles of transparency, effectiveness and financial responsibility. The Foundation is managed by experienced experts assisted by the Financial Committee whose members ensure the safety and proper allocation of the Endowment Fund.
