The Kozminski University Development Foundation co-organized the nationwide Kongresferencja – a gathering of young leaders from student councils, youth councils, and youth assemblies from across Poland. The event was also supported by scholarship holders of the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation, Panattoni, and the Development Foundation.
Participants were welcomed by Dr. Sylwia Hałas-Dej, Vice-Rector for Development and External Relations and President of the Development Foundation, who emphasized the role of education in shaping talents and fostering socially responsible attitudes among young people.
The Kongresferencja was an opportunity to gain knowledge about contemporary challenges, develop analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, and practice future competencies in an inspiring academic environment. It was a day full of workshops, ideas, and exchange of experiences.
