A new school for a new world – this statement reflects our vision of the world top-class business university in the heart of Europe. We have invited our students, graduates, collaborators, employees and business partners to travel this road together. We all share the idea that the world-recognized education makes one of the most effective tools to have positive impact for the future.

Heads full of dreams in May 2023, we set up the Foundation for the Kozminski University Development to manage the-first-in-Poland endowment fund, in the academic environment, which makes it possible for us to pursue our strategic goals. The profits generated by the fund are allocated, among others, in the broad based scholarship programs, professional development of our academic staff and unique research projects.

A new world, we have in mind, means ever so demanding, nonetheless brimming with opportunities and potential, social-economic environment. A new world means the reality in which it is our close collaboration with business that takes centre stage. I am confident that the unique possibility to create positive effect on our future – side by side with the leading business university in the Central and Eastern Europe – makes an exceptional and interesting offer for you too.

Żelazny Koźmiński (pun in Polish: ‘Steely Kozminski Uni’) is much more than just the endowment fund; It is, above all, the people who share the common goal. Together, we can enhance the effects and therefore, please accept my sincere invitation to join.
