Exploring New Perspectives on Compensation Management

We recently had the pleasure of attending the “Executive Compensation for Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards in Mid-Sized Companies” conference, organized by Amberstone Associates Sp. z o.o. This event provided an excellent opportunity to engage in discussions about key aspects of executive compensation, which could better support the achievement of long-term business goals within organizations.

Katarzyna Alińska, Managing Director of the Kozminski University Development Foundation, presented the concept of the university’s Endowment Fund, a mechanism that will play a significant role in ensuring the future independence of Polish business education.

In the conference’s informal discussions, we had inspiring conversations about the Endowment Fund with the Amberstone team, reflecting growing interest among experts and business leaders.

Another interesting topic of conversation was the potential for creating ESG strategies based on collaboration to build responsible and high-quality education.

We would like to thank the event organizers, Renata Hendel, Magdalena Wojdat, Sylwia Kujawska-Frydrych, and Krzysztof Puchalski, for hosting such a valuable event, as well as all the speakers, including:
