Prezes Zarządu Fundacji Rozwoju
Dziekan Centrum Doradztwa i Kształcenia Menedżerów, odpowiedzialna za programy studiów podyplomowych i MBA. Z uczelnią związana od 2000 roku. Wieloletnie doświadczenie w projektowaniu programów rozwojowych umożliwia jej współpracę z biznesem i odpowiadanie na indywidualne potrzeby firm. Swoim doświadczeniem wspiera także inne inicjatywy zorientowane na rozwój talentów – zarówno jako członek Rady Programowo-Naukowej Liceum LifeSkills, Rady Programowej studiów podyplomowych Akademia Przywództwa Kobiet LiderShe, Członek Rady Nadzorczej Międzynarodowej Szkoły Zarządzania jak i Członek Kapituły nagrody „Lwy Koźmińskiego”. Od kilkunastu lat jest międzynarodowym akredytatorem programów MBA w ramach stowarzyszenia Association of MBAs (AMBA, Londyn).
Profesor nauk ekonomicznych. Ekspert w dziedzinie rachunkowości, ładu korporacyjnego i ESG. Dyplomowany księgowy. Trener biznesu. Członek rad nadzorczych w instytucjach sektora finansów. Stypendystka Fundacji Fulbrighta. Jest kierownikiem Katedry Rachunkowości i Ładu Korporacyjnego w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego. Pracowała jako visiting professor w wielu uniwersytetach w USA i Europie. Koordynator wielu krajowych i międzynarodowych projektów badawczych w zakresie ładu korporacyjnego i sprawozdawczości finansowej i niefinansowej. Laureatka licznych nagród i wyróżnień naukowych. Jest autorką wielu prac z zakresu rachunkowości, finansów, zarządzania kapitałem intelektualnym ładu korporacyjnego i społecznej odpowiedzialności.
Doktor habilitowany nauk ekonomicznych, prof. ALK. Dziekan Kolegium Finansów i Ekonomii oraz Dyrektor ds. Naukowych w Centrum Badawczym Transformacji, Integracji i Globalizacji TIGER. Praktyczne doświadczenia zdobywał m. in. jako Doradca Wiceprezesa Rady Ministrów, Ministra Finansów, odpowiadając za reformy strukturalne w ramach systemu finansów publicznych. Pracował jako wykładowca w Europejskim Instytucie Administracji Publicznej (EIPA) oraz Europejskim Centrum Zarządzania Finansami Publicznymi. Przebywał kilkakrotnie jako tzw. „visiting scholar” w instytucjach zagranicznych, takich jak Stanford University, Columbia University, Harvard University w USA czy OECD w Paryżu. Do dziś jest profesorem wizytującym w kilku europejskich uczelniach. Autor publikacji oraz ekspertyz w obszarze makroekonomii oraz finansów publicznych.
Adiunkt w Katedrze Finansów w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego. w pracy naukowej zajmuje się szeroko rozumianymi finansami przedsiębiorstwa, problematyką zarządzania wartością oraz systemami controllingu. Uczestnik wielu prestiżowych konferencji naukowych, autor wielu recenzowanych artykułów, opublikowanych m. in.w Finance Research Letters, Eastern European Economics, Economic Research-Ekonomska Istraživanja, Contemporary Economics oraz Journal of Management and Business Administration. Central Europe. Jest autorem książki pt. „Controlling w instytucjach kultury”. Zdobywca grantu NCN, laureat nagrody Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego za osiągnięcia będące podstawą nadania stopnia doktora w postaci rozprawy doktorskiej. Wyróżniony również w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego za całokształt działalności naukowo-badawczej.
Longtime Chairman of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A., currently Member of the Supervisory Board of Ukraine’s PrivatBank. He has been involved in finance for more than twenty-five years, gaining and lending his experience in the management structures of Pioneer Pekao TFI, Pioneer Investments, and PKO/Credit Suisse TFI. Actively engaged in the development and promotion of high standards of operation in the financial market in Poland. Member of the Council of the Polish Bank Association and the prestigious Institut International D’Etudes Bancaires, which acts as a platform that brings together the international banking community. Awarded the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of the Republic of Poland and honoured with the Social Solidarity Medal. Graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, Gdansk Foundation for Management Development, and the University of Gdańsk’s MBA programme certified by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Winner of many prizes and awards, holder of many distinctions.
Co-founder and first long-term Rector of Kozminski University; currently its Honorary President. Corresponding member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, full professor, economist and sociologist. Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Szczecin (2015) and ESCP Europe Business School (2017). Author of over 50 books on management published in various languages, teacher and lecturer at a number of Polish and foreign universities, academic supervisor of many prominent scholars. Member of many supervisory boards. Awarded e.g. the Knight’s Cross, the Officer’s Cross, and the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
Philosopher, researcher of the development of new technologies — especially green and sustainable technologies, humanoid artificial intelligence, social robots, and wearable technologies. She received her PhD degree in the discipline of philosophy from the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Warsaw in 2014. She’s a graduate of the New School for Social Research in New York, where she took part in research on identity in virtual reality — with a particular focus on Second Life.
KU Professor, Dean of the College of Management, Director of the Research Center for Innovative Growth Strategies, and Director of the “Company Growth Strategies” postgraduate programme. She is a member of leading academic organisations, including the Academy of International Business and the Strategic Management Society. Author and co-author of numerous publications, with experience in strategic consulting for Polish and international companies. She teaches and gives lectures not only in Poland, but also at universities in Austria, France, Slovenia, and China. Awarded the medal of the National Education Commission for special contribution to education and upbringing.
Assistant Professor at the TIGER Research Center, teacher of economics at Kozminski University, and Senior Economist at the World Bank in Warsaw. He has worked as Chief Economist at PKO BP, Economist at the European Department, Advisor to the Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, and Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland. Economic commentator, columnist for Polish and international newspapers and magazines. Research interests: Polish and global economy, fiscal policy, information society, foreign policy.
An expert who blazes trails and sets trends in ethics and corporate social responsibility – both within the framework of scientific and training projects, as well as working with business, public administration, and NGOs. He specialises in sustainable management and positive impact entrepreneurship. He effectively and successfully combines practice with theory. He has authored or co-authored a number of books and participated in many research programmes. Involved with Kozminski University as an academic teacher, head of the Positive Impact Entrepreneurship Research Center, coordinator of the “CSR. Sustainable Development Goals in Business Strategy” postgraduate programme, and Rector’s proxy for sustainable transformation.
