We have just concluded an exceptional day during which the Kozminski University campus transformed into a space for dialogue between the worlds of business, art, philanthropy, and academia. This gathering clearly demonstrated how much we can achieve when these spheres begin to collaborate consciously — and how real, lasting change is born from conversations about values, philanthropy, and social responsibility, with the Human being at the center.

Together with distinguished representatives of business, culture, art, and social organizations, we explored the following themes:
- Why science and art are forms of capital that cannot be priced — yet are worth investing in.
- The art of wise investment in the development of philanthropy, or how responsible business can change the world — and whether it truly does.
- How culture and art inspire leaders.
- Philanthropy à la polonaise: trend, obligation, or a strategy of mature organizations?
- Which values truly matter at the top — a conversation among leaders on responsibility, trust, and the future.

The accompanying exhibition of works by Polish artists, together with the silent auction, created an additional space to engage with art and support socially oriented initiatives.
Above all, this event was an invitation to reflect — on how to build a responsible, empathetic, and values-driven business. On how to develop economic, social, and intellectual capital in a sustainable way.
We are deeply grateful to all speakers, participants, and partners for your presence, your conversations, and the energy that elevated this event to an entirely new level. Your engagement was truly invaluable.
The proceeds from the conference will support the Endowment Fund and the scholarship programs of Kozminski University.
