The Kozminski University Development Foundation and Tubądzin Group—a leading innovator in ceramic tile production and one of Poland’s most recognized brands in design and construction—have entered into an agreement aimed at supporting young people from across Poland in accessing high-quality education. As part of the agreement, Tubądzin will fund scholarships that empower the next generation of leaders to study at Poland’s top business university.
Tubądzin will provide financial support for a scholarship program open to candidates planning to pursue full-time or part-time undergraduate or long-cycle master’s studies—either in Polish or English—at Kozminski University. Selected students will receive full tuition coverage for each year of study, as well as mentoring support from the Scholarship Sponsor, enabling them to engage with the business world from day one.
Scholarships will be available to applicants across all degree programs offered by the university. Selection criteria will include academic achievement, motivation, engagement, interests, and clarity of study plans. While financial situation is not a required criterion, it may be taken into account to ensure that support also reaches those for whom studying would otherwise be a serious financial challenge.

The Tubądzin Scholarship Program in collaboration with the Kozminski University Development Foundation
Scholarships funded by Tubądzin in partnership with the Kozminski University Development Foundation are aimed at talented and ambitious individuals who wish to develop their business and management skills, value core ethical principles, and aim to use their knowledge to support the development of the Polish economy. The scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees throughout the entire course of study.
Candidates can apply to any of the available undergraduate or long-cycle master’s programs, offered in full-time or part-time mode, in either Polish or English.
The selection process evaluates motivation, engagement, academic performance, and financial need. Our goal is to ensure access to top-level education for all and to help every student reach their full potential.
