On March 13, we had the pleasure of hosting Paweł Jarski, CEO of Elemental Group, patron of Kozminski University, and our esteemed alumnus. He shared his expertise as part of the Global Network for Advanced Management, a prestigious initiative led by Yale School of Management, bringing together top business schools worldwide.
The lecture focused on Business Model Innovation, with Elemental Group—a company operating in 15 countries across three continents—as a case study. Mr. Jarski shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting key aspects of growth strategy, team building, and international expansion.
A crucial takeaway was the importance of investing in the Polish market, both in business and education. In this context, it is worth noting the insightful lecture by Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska, AI expert and member of the Development Foundation Board, which took place just before Mr. Jarski’s session.
